Storage tanks are often insulated to maintain a constant temperature and to prevent condensation of water vapor inside (this is a very important issue in the case of storage tanks for loose materials, such as flour, as this treatment protects the product against moisture and mold). At the customer's request, our storage tanks are equipped with heating or cooling coats, depending on the needs of the production process.
Zbiorniki magazynowe bezciśnieniowe przeznaczone na media nieagresywne, takie jak np. mąka, mleko, soki i koncentraty nie wymagają zgłoszenia do Urzędu Dozoru Technicznego. Inaczej sprawa wygląda w przypadku zbiorników magazynowych bezciśnieniowych i niskociśnieniowych na materiały żrące i trujące lub ciekłe zapalne (tzw. materiały agresywne) lub w przypadku kotłów parowych i zbiorników stałych ciśnieniowych - w tym przypadku zbiorniki podlegają odbiorowi i kontroli przez Urząd Dozoru Technicznego.
